We often go to meetings not really knowing what exactly will please the chief or boss .Sometimes we say my boss is too hard to please, he/she’s just too tough, how do I get it right. Anyway thank God your boss is hard to please since that makes you think outside the box in the end. Now here’s what your boss needs at the end of the meeting.
Something New
Your boss needs to hear what he/she hasn't heard before. Something new and refreshing that we know lights up the darkness the organization is in and not the same old hard lullaby that brings no results. A feasible idea worth listening to and doing the necessary follow ups. I mean something new on the table.
Question Him/Herself
They want to question their own competence as chief after the meeting; that times and modes of approaching or solving issues have changed so they ought to follow that path and not loose track of everything that happens. They want to question themselves in all that they do to strive for the needed results.
Why the Oblivion Till Now
They want to ask why they didn't know all of that till now. They want to know that the solution had been there but the oblivion virus just caught them off guard. So thank God for this amazing team they have.
Enthused
They want to be enthusiastic for the next meeting since their team is poised to provide the needed answers to get the results they dearly need.
Best Team
Last but by no means least they want to feel so privileged to have the team they do. But don’t be fooled because managers or bosses know a lot and have really been around that’s why they are in that position.
